Balazs, Short answer : "NO, but we hope to work on it eventually". Long version: BLCR does support 32-bit PPC, which is the first to two hurdles. The second is the differences in the reduced-functionality kernel present on the compute nodes of BG/P. We do not expect BLCR to ever run with IBM's compute node kernel. However, we have reason to beleive that the changes to work with the Zepto OS kernel from Argonne National Laboratories (ANL) will be relatively minor. I have account access and a small allocation of time on the BG/P development machine at ANL for the purpose of working on this, but have not found the time to devote to the work. -Paul Balazs Gerofi wrote: > > Dear Paul, > > may I ask you to let me know whether or not BLCR currently > supports the IBM BG/P architecture? > If not, is there anybody you know of working on that already? > > Thank you, > Balazs -- Paul H.
