    The full absolute path is currently the one of interest.  There is work 
    being done externally on a mechanism for providing a remapping mechanism 
    at restart time (eg renaming scratch directories).  Because that work is 
    being done outside of our group, I have no estimate as to when that 
    capability will be available in a BLCR release.
