I am currently "off site" relative to the web server and I am not having
any problems accessing it. The URL we advertise is
http://ftg.lbl.gov/checkpoint
However, that is just the easy-to-remember version and is a redirect to
https://ftg.lbl.gov/CheckpointRestart/CheckpointRestart.shtml
When you say "seems to be down", what sort of problem are you seeing?
