    I am sorry for not replying earlier - I have been traveling.
    If I understand correctly, you start jobs with "cr_run <program> 
    <args>", and want to know if the same affect can be achieved for 
    programs not started this way.  The short answer is "NO".  In theory one 
    might be able to do something via a debugger, but I wouldn't know where 
    to begin.
