New BLCR snapshot available

    A 2006_11_02 snapshot of BLCR is now available at 
http://mantis.lbl.gov/blcr-dist

The snapshot adds fixes for 2.6.18, and for 2.6.[0-5], and a few 
contributed fixes and enhancements.
Unlike previous snapshots, this one has been tested against a wide range 
of 2.4.x and 2.6.x kernels and is expected to work with almost every 
kernel "in the wild".  However, there have been rumors of problems with 
Lustre-patched kernels.  Anyone seeing this should let me know.
