Beloved LAM co-conspirators:

To use the newer versions of the GNU autotools (autoconf 2.54, automake
1.6.3, libtool 1.4.2) on n2001, merely enter

    module add autotools

at a shell prompt near you...


Note:  'module' won't work unless you've been a good citizen and put 

    source /usr/local/pkg/Modules/init/bash (or tcsh, etc.)

in your shell initialization file.
